Support the Sound sells merch created for musicians, bands, DJs, drag performers, comedians, influencers, venues, festivals, and other creators who make art with sound. Products, pricing, and designs may change from time to time.


2. Using Our Site

Please keep your account info accurate and your password safe.


3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re confirming your payment info is correct and that we can charge your chosen method. 

We may cancel orders that look suspicious or impossible to fulfill.


4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carriers, or events outside our control.

Make sure your address is correct—orders sent to the wrong place because of a typo are not eligible for free replacements.


5. Returns & Refunds

Some items—especially custom or artist-specific merch—may be final sale.

6. Designs & Artwork

All artwork, logos, and product designs belong to Support the Sound or our partnered artists.

Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse our designs without permission.


7. Reviews & Uploads

If you leave a review, comment, or photo, you’re giving us permission to display or share it (we won’t misuse it—we just love hype from real fans).


8. Things You Can’t Do

Please don’t:

  • Use the site for illegal stuff
  • Try to break, hack, or misuse the site
  • Copy our designs
  • Use bots or scrapers to grab info

9. Outside Links

We sometimes link to other sites. They have their own rules, and we’re not responsible for their content or policies.


10. Liability

If something goes wrong with the site or your ability to shop, we’re not responsible for damages beyond what you paid for your order.
